How long does shipping take?

I personally pack all orders with care and try to have them ready for shipping within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

If you've preordered a book, your order will ship the week of publication. If you order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship together, once all preorders are ready. If, for any reason, there's a delay with a preorder, I will try to communicate this as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout and your location.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, feel free to reach out to me at chillsandthrillsbookshop@gmail.com with your name and order number.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders will ship the week of publication. You can find this date on the product page listing.

If you order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship together, once all preorders are ready. If you want your other items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Although unexpected, delays happen. But if there's a delay with a preorder, I will try to communicate this as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What's your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final, including preorders.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

However, if your order arrives incorrect, please let us know within 7 days so that we can work to make it right.

Can I request a book?

Of course!

To request a book, fill out the Request a book form on our website.

While we can't stock every book, we'll do our best to get your request on our shelves.

Do you have a physical location?

Our store is only online. However, we do plan to have occasional pop-ups in the Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX area.
