Cancellation policy

Preorders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available to ship. Your payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. When your pre-order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

General cancellations: All sales are final. Because we are a small independent bookstore, we are unable to accept cancellations on standard orders once they have been placed.
